Why prices vary this much

Vial size. A 10mg vial at $25 and a 100mg vial at $150 look very different on the shelf, but the second is less than two thirds the price per milligram. Vendors are not obliged to make that comparable, and most do not. Normalising every listing to $/mg is the only way the field lines up.

How we work out cost per milligram
Every price here is read directly from the vendor's own store, not retyped from a screenshot or a spreadsheet, and carries the time it was read. We normalise each listing to cost per milligram by dividing the cart price by the total milligrams in the package — vial size multiplied by vial count.
Where we cannot read a dose with confidence, we publish no cost per milligram at all. Blends get no $/mg because dividing one price across several different molecules describes nothing. Capsules, nasal sprays and pre-mixed liquids are excluded from vial rankings for the same reason. A missing number means we would not stand behind it.
